Built in 1910-1911, it is a three-story classical revival style limestone building. The flat roof is topped by a copper dome with four-sided Seth Thomas Clocks. Owen County celebrated its bicentennial in 2019, by placing a time-capsule in the dome.
The spirit of the American Doughboy is a pressed copper sculpture by E. M. Viquesney, designed to honor the veterans and casualties of WWI. Viquesney was born in Spencer, IN where he lived much of his life.
Built in 1886, this is a preserved historic schoolhouse in Owen County, Indiana. It offers visitors a glimpse into 19th-century education and hosts events to recreate pioneer school experiences
The Cataract Covered Bridge was at one time the most famous and most photographed covered bridge in the United States. It is the only remaining covered bridge in Owen County.
The Beem Mansion, built in 1874 by Spencer native David Enoch Beem, measures nearly 3,500 sq. ft. and sits on a multi-acre estate that overlooks the town from West Hillside Ave.
Gosport Historic District is a National Historic District. It hosts several examples of Italianate Classical Revival and Bungalow/American Craftsman style architecture.
